Siklus Refill is an early-stage startup that aims to revolutionize retail for the Bottom of the Pyramid. Their vision is to reduce ocean plastic pollution caused by unmanaged FMCG packaging, especially sachets.
They accomplish this by selling household products without packaging through both mobile and static refill stations.

Initially, I joined the Business Operations team under the Head of Ops before transitioning to the tech team created by our Head of Engineering. This early experience in Operations proved invaluable, as it helped me deeply understand our business models, clarify our objectives, and identify existing pain points in the field before moving into product development.
